1. Using TapTapSave
TapTapSave may be used only by authorised organisations and users under an applicable agreement. Users must provide accurate account information and protect their access credentials.
The service must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with platform security or to access information beyond an assigned role.
2. Organisation responsibilities
Each organisation is responsible for its products, policies, approvals, user access, member communication and the accuracy and legality of information entered into the platform.
The organisation must promptly remove access for users who no longer require it and notify TapTapSave of suspected account compromise.
3. Service and support
Available functionality, implementation scope, support arrangements, fees and service commitments are defined in the agreement between TapTapSave and the organisation.
We may update the service to improve security, reliability and functionality while taking reasonable care to minimise material disruption.
4. Intellectual property
TapTapSave and its underlying software, design and documentation remain the property of TapTapSave and its licensors. Organisations retain ownership of their submitted data.
No right is granted to copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative services except where expressly permitted by law or agreement.
5. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where necessary to protect the service, users or data, respond to unlawful activity or address a material breach.
Termination, data return and transition arrangements are governed by the applicable service agreement.
